With us, you'll review your current activity levels and diet habits, and from there create a customized program to fit your personal needs.    Yoga is a fitness activity that employs an ancient concept of physical well-being and balance with the mental and spiritual side of your body and soul. Yoga stresses strength, relaxation, and flexibility as a way to take care of your body and listen to how it is telling you.
  We begin waking up the muscles by directing the blood flow through a series of gentle yoga postures just about anyone can do. Next, we leave the land we dwell on to return to the vast expanse of water. In the water we use tools such as pool noodles to develop our invigorated muscles by focusing on our core strength.

Awaken your body with Beachbody workout program. Feeling alive is exactly what you'll experience through this remarkable program, performed in any of the beautiful beachs of Oahu. Chose beach body workout to improve your health, flexibility, and coordination.

Whether you're a yoga expert or just getting started, this program will relax your mind and invigorate your body while working out your muscles with your own body weight. 

This is a gentle way of getting in a happy shape during your vacation or a begginer's program of changing your lifestyle. 

Our coaches will personalize the training session specifically to your desired outcomes and adopt the level of work load depending on your capabilities. 

 

Chosing to train with our coaches and improve your conditioning shape will give you a solid base for improving at the sport of your choice. We focus on strength and speed but we also pay close attention to the detailed technical form of each athlete. We improve your overall agility, flexibility, vertical jump, explosive power, endurance and special sports specific endurance. 

Our coaches are retired professional athletes and they will push you to your limits. We normally customize the workouts depending on the sport that your are preparing for. Collegeate athletes during offseason,  junior club youth athletes and even semi-professionals in beach volleyball, football, surfing, paddleing are our most common clients. 

We believe that with hard work, dedication, undertstanding, and most importantly gradual increase of the load and persevereness, anybody can reach top level of performance. 

 

This Olympic discipline develops your strenght, agility, speed, endurance and it sculps your body to a mere perfection in the most gentle way. Taking a private lesson with Coach Eva, a retired profesional beach volleyball athlete with international experience of 8 years on the FIVB tour, will improve greatly your conditioning and technical skills in volleyball.

We can organize a fun family beach volleyball day at the beach  ( any beach on Oahu ) or if you would like to incorporate training to your vacation on a daily basis, we offer morning classes specifically tailor-made to your level and interest. 

Starting with warm up, specific conditioning for beach volleyball and continuing with technical skills for a duration of hour and a half. A cool down session including stretching and yoga completes the lesson.
